NovaPier is a blockchain app with no accounts and no login. Most of what you do here happens on a public blockchain; the little we hold off-chain is listed below.

On-chain activity is public. Your wallet address, launches, bids, claims, trades, expansions, bridges and fee claims are recorded on public blockchains. We don't control that data and cannot hide, edit or delete it. Anyone can read it, and NovaPier displays it.
Token details you upload. Images, names, descriptions and links you submit for a token are stored on our hosting (Cloudflare) and shown publicly on the site and in link previews. They are tied to the token, not to you, and cannot be edited once set. To have content removed from the site, contact us; the token itself stays on-chain.
Moderation. Before a launch, uploaded images and text are sent to an automated moderation service (currently OpenAI's moderation API) to check for prohibited content. The provider processes the content to return a decision; we keep the decision, not the content, beyond what is published.
Referrer profiles. If you register as a referrer you give us a code, a wallet address and the X or YouTube handle you verify with. That profile is public by design — it appears on the referral board and on tokens launched with your code. Verification reads your public post or channel description; we don't access your social account.
Wallet signatures. We ask for a wallet signature only to confirm you control an address — when you register or edit a referrer profile, or set a token's details. A signature is not a transaction and costs nothing. We store the signed message where we need to prove who submitted content.
Analytics and logs. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. Our servers and Cloudflare keep short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, pages) for security and debugging; rate limiting on uploads and moderation uses your IP briefly. We don't run ad trackers.
Local storage. Your browser remembers a few preferences for this site only — theme, the age confirmation, dismissed notices. Clearing site data resets them. Nothing in local storage is sent to us.
Third parties you interact with. Your wallet, RPC providers, block explorers, Uniswap, LayerZero and any exchange or chart we link to have their own privacy practices. Connecting a wallet or opening a link shares data with them, not with us.
What we don't do. We don't sell your data, build advertising profiles or share what we hold except to operate the site, comply with law, or respond to abuse reports (illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities).
Your choices. You can use NovaPier without uploading anything or registering as a referrer. To remove a referrer profile or request removal of uploaded content from the site, contact us through the links in the footer. On-chain data cannot be removed by anyone.
